Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If, for any reason, your item is found damaged or defective,  or you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made on our website, please email us with photographic evidence, so that we can rectify the issue.  Your satisfaction is our priority, so we strive to resolve ALL concerns.  Please email us at admin@chaste.com.co

Damaged Goods

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

Please photograph it immediately upon receipt!

Including the box and padding it arrived in or the padded envelope.  Any orders that are damaged need to be reported to admin@chaste.com.co, within 5 days of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.

Please attach photos of the damage to your message. Without this we are unable to refund or replace your item. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to your query.  

We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of our policies and practices.
