Our recipe uses organic elderberries, or Sambucas nigra, which are grown in Europe. Every part of the Elder tree has been used throughout history and the world, for various purposes-ranging from culinary to medicinal. Today, common uses include teas, tinctures, wine, jams and syrups.

Reportedley, health benefits include, but are not limited to: cold prevention, chronic disease, high blood pressure, digestive health, treat diabetes, strengthen bones, improve skin and hair, heart health and boost immunitiy

Elderberry may note always prevent illness, but may assist with shortening the duration or lessening the severity. For best results, take as immune support and/or at the onset of illness."

Ingredients: Spring Water, Organic Dried Elderberries, Organic Honey, Organic Ginger Powder, Organic Cinnamon Powder, Organic Cloves. 

Suggested use:

As an immune booster, adults take 1 tablespoon daily and children 1 teaspoon daily. At first signs of cold or flu, increase dosage every 3 hours, until symptoms are gone. *Not recommended for children under 12 months, as it contains raw honey.*

Directions:

Keep Refrigerated. Should last several weeks in fridge or longer if frozen. Shake before each use.
